Designed for management staff,
the purpose of this course is to present to the successful participant,
the knowledge and skills required to understand general maintenance
activities and the tools/technology
required to perform those activities. |
Management sometimes doesn't understand exactly what it takes to
get a job done or, that we've been doing it this way for 40 years,
doesn't necessarily mean it's the best or only way to do something.

At times "if
it isn't broken, don't fix it" needs to lend way to "if
it isn't broken, break it"
in order to get the most bang for your maintenance buck. |
